In a market filled with unrealistic promises, overnight glow claims, and fairness marketing, we chose a different path.

Skin Lime was created with a simple but powerful belief — skincare should work for the skin we actually live in, in the climate we actually face, with the science that actually matters.
Our Path
01 We chose research.
02 We chose responsibility.
03 We chose real skin.
04 We chose real results.
Why We Exist

Made for Pakistani Skin, Not Imported Assumptions

Pakistan's climate is intense. Heat, humidity, UV exposure, pollution, stress, and steroid misuse have silently damaged the skin barrier of millions. Yet most products available locally are either imported formulas not designed for our environment, overly harsh treatments, or cosmetic products disguised as solutions.
South Asian skin behaves differently. Higher melanin levels. Stronger post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation. High UV index. Pollution‑driven sensitivity. We built Skin Lime to address this gap — studying global dermatology research and adapting it for our skin biology and environmental reality.

Pakistan's first climate-specific skincare wasn't built by a corporation. It was built by two people who refused to lower their standards.
Asad Sheikh is a chemical engineer from Loughborough University, UK (2005–2009). For eight years, he managed science laboratories at the Syed Babar Ali School of Science and Engineering (SBASSE), LUMS — where he learned what rigorous quality control actually demands. At Skin Lime, he doesn't guess — he engineers. Every formula is stability-tested for Karachi's humidity and Lahore's smog, with data sheets to prove it.
Rabail Akbar is a Management Coordinator at Lahore Grammar School (LGS) — a 70‑year‑old institution families trust with their children. She brings that same intolerance for shortcuts to Skin Lime. If a product isn't safe, honest, and built to last, it doesn't leave our hands.
Together, they built Skin Lime because they were tired of watching Pakistani skin suffer from products never designed for it. No 10‑step routine. No imported guesses. Just real science, translated for our climate — by two people who actually have the credentials to do it.
