Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@skinlime.com. Send returns to: Skin Lime, Bahria Town, Sector C, Lahore, Pakistan.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong — we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Unopened, sealed products in original packaging are fully eligible for return within 30 days.

Exchanges Return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
